Only 3 days until release day! It’s the 4th here, so two days for me technically but it will be late on my 6th before it’s officially THE DAY.

It’s July.  And I’m currently in New York where it’s nice and warm and not looking forward to returning home to cold, wet Melbourne.

July also means Shadow Kin is out in two months.  If you want to get your hands on it before then, my lovely publisher is doing a Goodreads giveaway for US readers.  When I get back from the states, I’ll do an ARC giveaway and later, when I have some copies, a book giveaway too for the international folks.

In the meantime, until I do get home, myJune mystery contest is still running over on my blog (I have the book but you don’t get to find out what it is until I return).

It’s well and truly winter here in Oz, we just had the coldest May in forty years in Melbourne, which also makes it the coldest May in my lifetime. As I don’t particularly like freezing, I’m looking forward to escaping to New York for a few weeks later in the month. Otherwise, I’m still writing away on Book Three and trying not to give into my annual knit-everything-in-site urge. Oh, and the first Shadow Kin excerpt is now available to read or download.

I think my new home is gorgeous and have to give huge rounds of applause and showers of chocolate to my fabulous webdesigner, Sharon, from Little Bytes Design who has gone over and above the call of duty to translate my vague ideas into reality!

Take a look around though, be warned, I am still settling in, so things may still change a little. (And if you do hit a problem or find an error, please let me know!)

Hard to believe it’s the end of May already and in a few more weeks I’ll be jetting off to New York for the RWA National conference and various other adventures. And with the advent of June, comes the realisation that there’s only a little over three months until Shadow Kin is released! Woot!
